Job Description:
Project lead with Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering any, Technology or related and 1 yr of exp to work as liaison with Product Owners/SMEs and cross commit IT teams, QA testers, developers, BAs/ Operations and Stakeholders. Manage SFA/SFT program including CRM/POWER BI, DEX, IBMi, DEX teams and facilitate SFA/SFT product releases/hotfixes. Lead teams, remove roadblocks to their work; leverage resources to improve capacity for project work, mentor and develop team members. Mentor teams to adopt SDLC methods, Agile values, principles and practices, and actively encourage teams to reflect and improve their delivery capacity.

Position 2: Technical Product Specialist – OS021324TPS

Job Description:
Technical Product Specialist with bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering any, Technology or related and 5 yrs of exp to Design, develop and implement interfaces and extensions using Facets core services and Facets Data Model. Work on creating web services using Sybase, Oracle 9i/10g, Perl, VBscript, Java, Spring batch and SQL Server as required. Coordinate with the SIT and UAT testing team to provide clarifications on requirements. Review all the deliverables created by the Product Specialist functional and technical and Product Analyst within the track or module. Interface with SIT and UAT testers and auditors for the projects. Provide status reports, raise issues, risk dependencies with the Product Consultant. Provide implementation support and monitor data flow to cover warranty period.
